Butterfly Lovers as the original Chinese Romeo and Juliet.

This music video has scenes from the 1994 movie, "Butterfly Lovers". This Chinese story was probably brought back to Europe by Marco Polo and which was the likely inspiration for Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet". The video includes edited music of the "Sun Phoenix Butterfly Lovers ErHu Concerto" at the 2013 Hsinchu Chinese Music Festival.
