The Rise of Sinnerman, live at Turnhalle, Bern, February 23 2020 Based on the Sinnerman version by Nina Simone Lyrics in Arabic by Frida Chehlaoui Things have been mad I know, but we didn't know any better. We were taught that nothing of value comes easy and, if in no pain there was no gain, we valiantly chose pain everytime. But I now know better, I am finally sure: Joy is what will take us there. This is the Rise of the Sinnerman, he has finally loved himself free.
