HUAYEE SHY27 tensioner failure part 2

Well, got the HUAYEE SHY27 back from the shop on Sunday, 2 days ago. Yesterday I just topped off the fuel and put things back on that I had taken off prior to it going bye-bye. Had other chores to do yesterday so it got too late to bring out the SHY27 to do some work with it. So today (Tuesday) I decided to tackle that pine tree stump I was working on before the tensioner seals failed on the passenger side. At first I didn't want to take the time to video the process but something nagged at me to do so. Good thing, apparently. Pushed some dirt out of the way so I could get to the back of the stump to break the root back there. Didn't take much to do that. And the root snapped pretty easily, breaking the stump loose from the ground. From there I was able to lift it up and out of the ground. Around that time (I think close to the 13:00 minute mark in the video) something sounded funny. I guess I can recognize when the sprocket is slipping on the holes of the track now, meaning loss of tension. So raised it up, and sure enough. Appears that the seals had popped again on that same side. Track was completely loose and floppy. Just left it where it was in the cleaning. Would be way too much trouble trying to get it back underneath the carport with the risk of throwing the track and compounding the problems. Sheesh..... Is this machine really that fragile? Or am I just doing something REALLY wrong to cause this sort of failure? It is not like I was trying to move Mount Everest or dig out the Panama Canal with it. Isn't what I am doing pretty standard fare for an excavator to be able to do without breaking? So tell me, looking at this video, AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? Using this excavator in a manner it was not designed for? Never used one before, but this learning curve isn't just steep, it is full of land mines, it seems. Actually pretty aggravated right now. But I did text the tech when I discovered the problem and he said he is coming down here tomorrow with a new tensioner assembly. Got to hand it to the dealer, they really are on the ball trying to help me with this, but to say I am losing all faith in this SHY27 is quite an understatement. Will that FIX this problem? Well, I sure do hope so. Otherwise, well, I don't need this fragile little daisy of a machine if it can't do relatively simple things that I ask of it. Even if replacing the tensioner assembly fixes the problem, how long will it take me to TRUST this thing to not break on me if I have to work on a more remote area of my property? The SHY series are supposed to be a more heavier duty commercial line from Huayee. Which is what I wanted, thinking I would be getting a much more robust and capable machine. So far, really not what I was expecting. Not by a long shot. Truth be known, I was really looking at the SHY20 initially, but the SHY27 just seemed like it would be a much more capable machine. Which it is. I think. At least when it IS working.
