Delicious snacks with a dash of tantrum for Monday

A busy Monday! Got an important manatee research paper submitted to a journal. By the way, Tulips paper is still pending! For those of you who are new, I’ve been trying to get Tulips back illness case study published for over a year now! It’s now on its third journal hoping for acceptance. One of the issues is that Tulip had a significant adrenal gland suppression during her illness. We were focused on getting her well and did not do specific testing to show what type of adrenal suppression was occurring. This has created some differing of opinions with regard to how we label that suppression issue. We know that it is important part of what saved her life and that it could help save beavers in the future. We are sticking with our case study and interpretation of her diagnosis and treatment. Welcome to the other fun part of doing research! The first fun part is finding funding to do research and then arguing to ensure it gets published.
