Narrowboat DIY, canal boat repair & liveaboard maintenance on the Shropshire Union Canal (the Shroppie): we tackle stern gland packing, a chimney/flue replacement, the tools we actually use, costs, and real boat-life tips.
We also add new narrowboat storage in the saloon, clean ventilation vents, and do a quick fridge shelf repair that saves buying a replacement. A rough middle act—can we rescue the shelves and make them look good?
