Preparing Our Winter Pantry | Why We Stopped Canning These | Cozy Autumn Homemaking

The World's NO.1 AI Fridge Calendar! Turn "about to expire" into "time to cook." Learn more about Everblog FridgeCal™ 2: https://tidd.ly/4h5yXBh After 33 years of home canning and homemaking, I’ve learned that a successful pantry isn’t about filling every shelf to the brim—it’s about preserving what actually serves your family and gives you peace of mind. In this video, I’m sharing the hard lessons I’ve learned over three decades, why I stopped canning certain foods (like peaches, apples, and pre-made soups), the story of how we once lost an entire harvest due to pantry placement, and how to plan a winter food supply that saves time, money, and stress. What are you putting up on your pantry shelves this autumn? Let me know in the comments below!
