Through the Glasshouse: A Journey into the Past | Château de Razac

Through our château renovation project online, someone reached out and shared with us a remarkable old postcard revealing that a beautiful glasshouse once stood attached to the building. Even more moving, rare photographs from a family member of the château’s owner in the 1990s unveil the original layout of the Bibliothèque and Grand Salon — allowing us to step back in time and imagine the life once lived within these rooms. Each image feels like a window into another era, letting the story of the château unfold piece by piece. If you have memories, photographs, or stories connected to this place, we would love for you to share them with us as we continue piecing together its past. #ChateauRenovation #HistoricHomes #Glasshouse #Bibliotheque #GrandSalon #LostHistory #ArchitecturalHeritage #ChateauLife #FrenchChateau #RestorationJourney #ForgottenPlaces #HistoryUnfolded
