How to load Cressi Comanche Rail 110 spear gun

Load and unload Cressi Comanche Rail 110 Spear Gun Some notes: another reason for not shooting the gun outside the water is the shaft (arrow) bouncing back. In the water it has more drag. I've managed to load it without the mouse pad. The abdominal muscles are contracted during loading and unloading. Will post soon a water footage.
