Behind the scenes: Singtel Special Discounted Shares (SDS) Transfer Exercise

On 7 April 2026, Singtel Group launched a nationwide exercise to transfer Singtel Special Discounted Shares (SDS) from the CPF Board to shareholders' CDP accounts, enabling them to hold and manage their shares directly. This video provides a glimpse of the planning and efforts involved in ensuring over 600,000 SDS holders enjoy a smooth and seamless experience when they call Singtel’s dedicated call centre or visit 36 selected SingPost branches during the exercise.
