The Virtual Brain and its application to model brain networks

Abstract: In this talk, I introduce The Virtual Brain (TVB), an open-source platform that integrates neuroimaging data to create large-scale models of brain dynamics. I will present an application of TVB to model early childhood brain networks, highlighting its potential to capture individualized neural features and enhance our understanding of the mechanisms underlying neurodevelopment.
