CROSMAN DPMS SBR VS AIRSOFT GBBR

The CROSMAN DPMS SBR VS AIR SOFT BLOW BACK. Which is better for simulated training? (such as simulated function and action) Which would you prefer for dry fire training? Here's what i think. (I also know that i refer to the CROSMAN as the DPMS in the video. I also know that DPMS is a company of it's own, that builds AR10's. So you don't have to bring that to my attention.)
