Carnivalé (1999) - English Dub w/ Remixed / Improved Audio, Widescreen (16:9)

This is a "remixed" version of the English dub of the obscure 1999 animated movie, Carnivalé. The copy of the English dub that is available online, sourced from a Taiwanese DVD, suffers from very poor mixing due to a large amount of channels dedicated to the music and sound effects, while only one has the voices (and they're baked into another copy of the music and sounds), which leads to the dialogue being completely drown out by the rest of the audio. Thankfully, the channels are all separate in this version, which allowed me to rebalance the audio and make it much more pleasing to the ears and easier to make out the dialogue. Although, due to the fact that the dialogue channel also has all the sound effects and a bit of the music baked in, there are still occasions where sound effects or music are a bit louder than they should, but its still a big improvement over the unedited version. Additionally, for this upload, I've injected the Taiwanese audio into the French DVD footage, as the Taiwanese footage was very sloppily cropped from 16:9 (widescreen) to 4:3 and poorly converted from 25 FPS (PAL) to 30 FPS (NTSC), leading to interlacing throughout the whole movie. The French DVD, however, has one major issue of its own, as the colors are much more saturated than both the Taiwanese and Latin American versions (which share the same footage, but with the latter being in even lower quality, looking like a bad VHS transfer), leading to some loss in detail. The 16:9 footage is also slightly cropped vertically, so some small details go off-screen.
