9.24.26 - Jeremiah 11 (KJV)

Jeremiah 11 confronts Judah for breaking the covenant God established with their fathers. Although God repeatedly commanded His people to obey His voice, they turned instead to stubbornness and idolatry. Because they refused to listen, judgment is coming, and the false gods they trusted will be unable to save them. Jeremiah then learns that men from his own hometown of Anathoth are plotting to kill him because of the message he is preaching, yet he entrusts his cause to YHWH.
