Kingman turquoise, naturally

Meditations in Stone: Shaping Natural Turquoise Join me as I cut and shape natural Turquoise from the Hardy Pit, in Kingman, Arizona. This material is raw and not stabilized or enhanced. I made this video to show the process, not as a 'how to'. I hope that others will find the process interesting even if they don't have the means or desire to do it themselves. I find the whole process very relaxing, even meditative. The sights and sounds put me at peace, and I hope you get the same feeling from watching this. Please let me know. In the near future I will doing some silversmithing and make some jewelry from these beautiful cabochons. If there's interest I will show that too. I'm also wondering if this might be ASMR, if you sense that, let me know. Enjoy.
