$265,000 Full Outdoor Transformation- Pacific Grove, CA

Tour this complete front yard and backyard renovation in Pacific Grove, CA, with Juan Carlos from Third Heaven Landscape Company. This project had a personal connection: our client grew up in this home and was ready to transform its outdoor spaces. He created the custom paver patterns himself, and our team brought his vision to life. From replacing a cracked, uneven driveway to creating a welcoming travertine entrance and a unique backyard patio, this renovation combines personal style with practical improvements. In this walkthrough, you’ll see: • Custom paver driveway and backyard patio • Redwood trash can enclosure • Redwood and stainless steel cable fencing • Travertine walkways, an extended porch, and step lighting • Artificial turf and planting areas • Restoration of an existing wood fence • A rebuilt retaining wall with redwood facing • French drain and drainage piping • Decorative gravel and turf accents between the pavers Juan Carlos also explains the choices behind the materials and planting, and why low maintenance still requires regular care.
