Synopsis: This West Coast Swing Showcase Routine is a story about mental health and finding inner peace. Igor and Alexia represent two sides of the same person: Alexia is the individual, and Igor is the subconscious mind, or ego. The routine shows the struggles of dealing with depression and anxiety, feeling stuck in a cycle of sadness and frustration. As the person journeys between their real world and the world inside their mind, they find the strength to overcome these struggles. In the end, they bring their body, mind, and spirit into balance, discovering peace within themselves.
