I Never Knew Yakkas Could Taste This Good!

I went back to the same spot near Sydney Harbour where I caught my bull shark and had one goal — catch something BIG! 🎣 I started the day metal jigging and trying to catch some yakkas (yellowtail) to use as live bait, hoping that something bigger would come along. Unfortunately, the big fish never showed up… but the yakkas definitely did! I ended up catching SO many yellowtail that I decided to stop chasing the big fish and cook them instead. Yakkas are seriously underrated. If you prepare and cook them properly, they can taste amazing! I fried them up with plenty of spices and enjoyed them with tomato, rice and some other veggies. Sometimes you don't need to catch a monster to have a good fishing day. 🎣🔥 If you've never tried eating yakkas before, this might change your mind! 🇦🇺 Catch & Cook | Sydney, Australia رجعت لنفس المكان بالقرب من ميناء سيدني، المكان اللي اصطدت فيه سمكة القرش الثور في الفيديو السابق، وكان هدفي هذه المرة إني أصيد سمكة كبيرة! 🎣 بدأت اليوم بالصيد بالـ Metal Jigging ومحاولة اصطياد أسماك الياكا (Yellowtail) لاستخدامها كطُعم حي، على أمل أن تأتي سمكة أكبر. لكن للأسف، السمك الكبير ما ظهر… أما الياكا فكانت موجودة وبكثرة! 😂 اصطدت عددًا كبيرًا جدًا من الياكا، وبدل ما أستخدمها كطُعم، قررت أجرب أطبخها. الـ Yakkas من الأسماك اللي كثير من الناس ما يعطونها حقها، لكن إذا تم تنظيفها وتحضيرها وطبخها بالطريقة الصحيحة، طعمها لذيذ جدًا! قليتها مع الكثير من البهارات وأكلتها مع الطماطم والأرز وبعض الخضروات. أحيانًا ما تحتاج تصيد سمكة ضخمة عشان يكون يوم الصيد ممتع! 🎣🔥 إذا عمرك ما جربت أكل الياكا، يمكن هذا الفيديو يغير رأيك!
