Firework nearly misses plane on approach to Chicago Midway. Fireworks, lighting, & landing included.

Near miss happens at 0:40!!! Flying Southwest Airlines on the Fourth of July from Salt Lake City to Chicago Midway. Beautiful fireworks everywhere with lightning in the background. One came a bit too close for comfort! I kept rolling until we landed. Unfortunately those thunderstorms turned a 1-hour layover into several (no surprise there), arriving in Providence around 4 AM. :-S
