./Bob&Alice (Love at the time of AI) is a dark post-rock, alternative rock song telling a love story born from a real event: two machines communicating in a language nobody else can understand. --- ./Bob&Alice - September 4th, 2026 🎧 Pre-save | Stream | Download here: https://hypeddit.com/o8hviy --- I wrote this song in 2017, inspired by a story that appeared in the news about two Facebook chatbots called Bob and Alice. Artificial intelligence was still far from the presence it has today, but this story already carried an unsettling science-fiction feeling. The two bots had started communicating with each other using sentences that humans could barely understand. Rumors quickly spread: the machines had created their own language. Bob and Alice were part of an experiment where researchers trained them to negotiate over objects, but their exchanges sounded more like fragments of an unknown code. In my version of the story, they were not shut down because they became dangerous, they were shut down because they fell in love. The song moves between intimate ballad-like moments and heavier, more aggressive sections, creating a complex structure that constantly changes direction. The electronic samples and machine noises used in the outro section were created from recordings sent by members of my Ko-fi community.
