Is Hexe Sanctuary Worth Grinding? (2.7B/Hr Test)

Testing Elvia Hexe Sanctuary to see how much it actually makes at the zone's intended AP. To keep it a fair test, I did this on Awakening Kuno, a class I don't have a lot of experience with, and kept my AP as close to the zone requirement as possible. Ended up with 2.7B total, including 1B just from Trash Loot alone, spending almost 20k Agris and getting 38k Trash Loot plus 28 Despair along the way. Not a bad grind at all for the AP it requires.
