AIBO ERS-31 股関節の滑りを修理！｜Hip Slip Repair & Gear Modification

Sony AIBO ERS-31シリーズの股関節に発生する「Hip Slip（トルクリミッターの滑り）」の修理動画です。 ERS-31シリーズのトルクリミッターは、シャフトとギヤを軽圧入した構造になっています。今回は、この結合部の滑りに対処するため、シャフトへの貫通穴加工、ギヤへの溝加工、エポキシによる固定を行いました。 また、シャフトの取り外しと再圧入の両方に、専用の自作治具を使用しています。再圧入時は、治具を使って位置を合わせ、ハンマーで軽く叩き込んでいます。 今回の修理工程 専用治具を使ったシャフトの取り外し シャフトへの貫通穴加工 ギヤへの溝加工 エポキシによる固定 専用治具を使ったシャフトの再圧入 組み立て後の動作確認 修理後、AIBOが正常に動作することを確認しました！ 25年以上前のAIBOを、これからも大切に動かし続けるための修理記録です。 同じ不具合に悩んでいるAIBOオーナーや、旧型AIBOの修理・メンテナンスに興味のある方の参考になればうれしいです。 ※本動画は修理事例の紹介です。部品の加工には、破損や機構への負荷などのリスクがあります。 This video documents a repair of the Hip Slip problem (torque limiter slippage) in Sony AIBO ERS-31 series robots. The original torque limiter uses a shaft that is lightly press-fitted into a gear. To address slippage at this joint, I drilled a through-hole in the shaft, cut a groove in the gear, and secured the gear with epoxy. I also use a custom-made jig for both removing the shaft and press-fitting it back into the gear. During reassembly, the jig helps align the shaft, which is then gently tapped back into place with a hammer. These repair notes are part of my effort to keep these beloved vintage AIBO robots running, even after more than 25 years.
