I built an automated, multi-agent Android bug bounty pipeline using Claude Code called Tribunal—and it earned $2,000+ in bounties within its first 2 weeks.
Instead of relying on basic static analysis or AI tools that hallucinate non-existent bugs, Tribunal uses an adversarial courtroom model: every finding from static decompile review, dynamic verification, and API testing must survive cross-examination by autonomous prosecution, defense, and judge sub-agents before it ever reaches a final report.
In this video, I break down the exact architecture, show why Android bug bounties beat web apps in 2026, and walk through how you can run Tribunal locally on your own targets.

🛠️ Key Technical Highlights
Multi-Agent Orchestration: Powered by Claude Code & MCP workflows.
Strict Scope Gate: Hard containment using the apk/ directory to prevent out-of-scope testing.
Automated Frida Scaffolding: Generates custom pinning bypass hooks based on decompiled source analysis.
Adversarial Verification: Prosecution argues exploitability, defense attempts to refute, and the judge sub-agent issues the final verdict.
