Going to Japan soon? Don't learn 30 phrases; learn these 10! 🇯🇵✈️ If you're travelling to Japan in the next few days or weeks, this video is for you. I picked only the 10 phrases you need to survive as a traveller, and I show you when and how to use them, including how to sound polite (and a little bit native 😉). ⏱ Chapters 0:00 Intro 0:26 1. Ikura desu ka (いくらですか) - How much is it? + numbers for prices 8:57 Final tips 💡 Quick tips from this video Don't say "arigatou" to strangers. Use "arigatou gozaimasu" instead. Not sure what they asked you? "Hai, onegaishimasu" or "Daijoubu desu" usually works. A little bow + "domo" is a great way to respond to "irasshaimase". Can't understand the price?
