We live in a remote valley on Nuku Hiva Island with no road out. To reach town, we either cross the ocean or hike five hours over the mountain carrying everything ourselves. In this video, we finish carving a tiki before making our way to town to get supplies, visit a doctor, and ship our artwork to people around the world… before heading back home to our valley. Life out here is beautiful, but even simple things become an adventure when you live this far from everything. Hope you enjoy the journey with us!

🌿 About us
We live in a remote valley on Nuku Hiva Island (Marquesas Islands, French Polynesia), one of the most remote places in the world. We create hand-carved Marquesan art and share our life here.
