There are a number of other options to get to the desirable breakpoint; for example, you can take the delirious bloodline point or the 'window of opportunity' notable/mastery instead of the 'frantic aspect' notable on the megalomaniac I use (or just have a better rolled stasis prison). The shaper of flames ascendancy notable is also flexible and is replaceable with something like the delirious bloodline notable or one of the new Velka bloodline notables. I swap pact of lycia (and faster attacks on shield charge) for an automation-molten shell setup and stone golem of safeguarding for stone golem depending on the content.
