A ride on the world's last seagoing paddle steamer Waverley during her annual visit from Glasgow to the Thames estuary. The trip started at Tower Pier in London and went via Gravesend and Southend to Whitsable. Built in 1947 Waverley has a magnificent triple expansion steam engine and has operated in preservation since 1975.
