Did Dream Theater borrow chord progressions from Britney Spears? Or vice versa? My take on a legendary mashup that was posted as an mp3 on Dream Theater forums, 23 years ago. Before Youtube! Back in 2003/2004, the John Petrucci forum (as well as the Mike Portnoy & Jordan Rudess Forum) was my life and this was where I found this mashup. Or medley. Amongst other classics like ‘How you remind me of Someday’ and some very funny Dream Theater spoofs. Which By the way I can’t find anymore, so if anybody has ‘JP Greensleeves’ for example: hit me up!
