I Got Relegated… Then Everything Changed | FM26 Deep Dive #1

Welcome to the very first Unqualified FM Deep Dive! ⚽🔥 We're trying something new here at Unqualified FM! While our regular Edinburgh City series follows the seasons as they unfold, Deep Dives are going to take a closer look at the stories behind the save. The decisions, the mistakes, the emotions, and everything that makes Football Manager such an incredible experience. And for our first Deep Dive, we're going through one HELL of a roller coaster. 😂 From relegation to back-to-back promotions! After years of building Edinburgh City, everything seemed to be falling apart. Relegation hit hard, confidence was shaken, and I found myself questioning the decisions that had brought us this far. But sometimes the lowest moments lead to the biggest changes. In this video, I'm taking you through the emotional side of that journey. The frustration of watching everything unravel, the tactical changes, the rebuilding process, the excitement of finding our footing again, and the incredible highs that followed. Not just what happened on the pitch, but what I was thinking, what I was feeling, and how those moments changed the way I approached the game. I'm no Football Manager expert. I'm just a guy who loves this game, makes plenty of questionable decisions, and occasionally stumbles into something brilliant. 😂 Deep Dives are a new experiment for the channel, and if you enjoy this more personal, story-focused format, I'd love to make them a regular part of Unqualified FM alongside our main series. Let me know what you think in the comments! Would you like to see more Deep Dives? And what moments from the Edinburgh City journey should we explore next? If you enjoyed the video, subscribe and come along for the ride. We've still got a long way to go!
