Getdown Services - ‘I Got Views’ (Live) - The Lexington, London - 21/11/2014

The second of two sold out London Shows, Getdown Services open their riotous set with this T-Rex inspired glam infused stomp-along, from their 2024 EP ‘Crumbs’. After this, the shirts came off and all hell broke loose. Fantastic set, only slightly marred by the working men’s club karaoke cover of ABBA’s ‘Dancing Queen’ as an encore, which probably sounded a great idea on paper after a few bevvies. (I’m also not convinced by the Xmas song, bah humbug!)
