Ingredients: Cream cheese (room temp.) 200g Thick cream (cold) 125ml Condensed milk (cold) 80g Strawberry jelly (mixed +room temp)350ml Tea Biscuits as needed Fresh Strawberries for garnish Method: ● In a bowl, add room-temperature cream cheese, beat until smooth and creamy. ● Then add thick cream, and condensed milk and mix it until combine. ● Now make jelly mixture (packet jelly prepare according to the instructions) let it comes to room temp tthen it into the cream mixture. Mix it well until fully combined. ● In a serving dish , add Biscuits of your choice overlap it them pour the mixture on top , make sure to dip the Biscuits completely into the mixture. ● Garnish it with fresh strawberries 🍓 and drizzle condensed milk over it. ● REFRIGERATE IT FOR ATLEAST 2 -3 HOURS OR UNTIL SET AND FULLY CHILLED TIP for topping: ** You can prepare jelly mixture and let the cream mixture set completely then pour the jelly mixture on top and let it set in the fridge .
