How to find international buyers

Today, we sat down with Ruby Bates, REALUX Ambassador for Lake Como and the owner and CEO of Ultissimo. At just 28, Ruby left her corporate career in London at Savills to find herself with the opportunity to travel to a place she knew little about but with a chance to change the course of her career. When she arrived in Lake Como, she was offered the opportunity to become the new owner of Ultissimo. Today, Ruby is an international buyer-focused agent specialized in scouting off-market properties from Lake Como to Lake Maggiore, and now expanding into more major destinations throughout Italy. Discover how Ruby finds international clients who close multi-million-euro deals, and how you can too. Visit www.realux.it for more.
