The Curse (Live at Tanna Hall)

“The Curse” is the first of a series of stripped down performances in my EP Timescape at Tanna Hall. The tricky part about loving to compose ornate orchestration is that the album versions aren’t representative of the intimate rawness of live performances. Sometimes the process of adapting a song for solo performances is straightforward. Sometimes it truly transforms a song. I wanted to capture these songs as they’ve evolved and been shaped by live performances, as I’ve come to know them. Timescape at Tanna Hall is out now!
