Strawberry Crisis!! [東方/ Chicha/ Cumbia/ Touhou] (Yumemi’s theme)

For those that have listened to the bandcamp version, you will know this is not the first time I actually redid the original arrangement from 2 years ago. But well, the idea for this remake was to really sort of separate the blurriness of the reverb-ridden percussion from the rest of the instruments, unlike in how I did it in the original. I also did add an ending even though I was planning on doing a fade out for once. The reason I ended up not going for it was because although I didn’t want to ruin the vibe of the song, I also thought just fading it out like that would make it a little bit empty. Well it could’ve gone either way to be fair though. I also kept the solos relatively the same, especially the sine near the end. Perhaps one of the few times I’ll be doing that for the remakes lmao. As for the art, being such a simple artwork I did for the original I remember well how much I rushed it back 2 years ago. There isn’t much to work with yumemi’s design either to be fair, but at least it doesn’t look as broken as a drawing I do hope this time. #touhoumusic
