Brisbane City and Spark Lab

The last part of our trip saw us spend 4 nights in Brisbane city, with an apartment in leafy South Brisbane as our base. The location was fantastic, with Messina Gelato and Brooki Bakehouse just downstairs, Lune Croissanterie and many other eateries nearby, and Queensland Museum and the South Bank riverside precinct within walking distance. We spent one morning at SparkLab at the museum, and both adults and kids alike had so much fun exploring the hands-on exhibits and learning about science and how things work! We also walked over to South Bank a few times, to enjoy the Riverside Green playground (to be featured in another video!) and also to hop onto the ferry to take a scenic cruise down the Brisbane River, and we got lucky with catching the Bingo Citydog! What an affordable and lovely way it was to enjoy the sunset views of Brisbane and to end this epic 17-day Queensland trip. 😊
