SWFL EAGLE CAM 2026.9.22 ☔M15 and what appeared to be a female eagle arrived at the nest separately.

In the rain, M15 arrived at the nest tree. When the rain stopped, M15 dried its wings, checked the nest and its territory, and flew away. While the camera was moving to capture a close-up of a hawk (probably a Red-tailed Hawk or a Northern Goshawk), an adult eagle arrived at the nest. It looked larger than M15, so it might have been a female near M15. The adult eagle spread its wings to dry them on the Veranda, stayed for a while, and then flew away. After that, M15 returned to the nest.
