Bhubaneswar Outer Ring Road Plan | 129 KM Ring Road Project | New Elevated Roads | Odisha Govt The Odisha government has prepared a major plan to ease traffic congestion in Bhubaneswar and its surrounding areas. Work on the proposed 129-km Outer Ring Road is expected to begin soon, with its alignment now finalized. The Outer Ring Road will connect with the 90-km Capital Region Ring Road and cover key areas including Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Pipili, Khordha and Choudwar. Decisions have also been taken on proposed elevated roads from Kalinga Studio Square to Nuagaon and Raghunathpur to Trishulia.
