₦2 million down sounds achievable. But can you comfortably pay ₦1 million every month for the next six months and prepare for the separate costs?
In this video, I break down a ₦8 million land-and-documentation example at Múrewá Gardens in Ketu–Epe, compare payment options, and explain three ways to approach your first land purchase in Lagos:
• Use a payment plan you can realistically complete. • Consider a location further out that suits your purpose. • Buy a smaller size that works for your plans.
We also look at historical Chrystland advertised prices, development levies, location checks, joint ownership, and the limits of buying land.
The ₦8 million example is not a confirmed all-inclusive acquisition cost. Development levy and other applicable expenses require confirmation. The historical price comparison does not establish an individual buyer’s return.
