Cybermage - System Shock's Superhero Spin-Off

After the release of System Shock, Origin had a first person shooter engine but no shooter ready. But when their biggest competitor lost their head developer, Origin started a project with their star producer to make a shooter that pushed the boundaries of the genre harder than they ever had before. It failed. But in spite of its many problems, Cybermage was a daring experiment that shows echoes of where the genre was going even if it would take another ten years to get there.
