Join us for a hot October 1st daytime walk through Disney California Adventure hours before Oogie Boogie Bash — costumes, decorations, and pre-party magic in full 4K! It is the first day of October and DCA feels like Halloween and summer evening at the same time. We start in the Esplanade on a bright, hot day and walk straight into Buena Vista Street where guests are already showing off full costumes hours before Oogie Boogie Bash begins. From Carthay Circle to Grizzly Peak, you can feel that pre-party buzz — popcorn buckets dropping, families posing for photos, and Cast Members getting ready for the nighttime takeover. We wind through Paradise Gardens Park into Plaza de la Familia for the Coco celebration, then spend a long stretch on Pixar Pier saying hi to Ember and Wade, checking the new pin machines, and soaking in that midday pier light. San Fransokyo Square is packed, Cars Land is dressed for Haul-O-Ween in the harsh daylight which makes the details pop even more, and Avengers Campus is full of daytime energy.
