From Container to Conduit

With some planning the overflow could be put to good use. Merriam Webster defines a conduit as “a natural or artificial channel through which something (such as a fluid) is conveyed.” We can find ourselves as either a container or a conduit. Which term applies to you? This episode combines a blog written five years ago with an updated reflection by the author.
