This session covers the progress of Team 8866's custom scouting software, including an overview of scouting, the planning and technical implementation of our software, our scouting on-season workflow, and the lessons we learned. We will talk about the value of custom software for teams trying to build strategic thinking among their team via scouting, and how to design scalable and effective scouting systems for teams of all sizes and resource limitations. We will cover the do's and don'ts that scouting and strategy leads should know. Presenters: Abigail H. | Innovation Robotics | Team 8866
