Pokemon in Stardew Valley?

Year 1 - Spring 1-3 Grandpa leaves me his farm but what's this? Strange creatures are popping up all over the Valley. Can I catch them all and restore the farm? Credit: 'Who's That Pokemon' graphic by @Biochaovideos Intro Song: Lavender Town - Harris Heller
