Slow Steps into Fall, and a Season of Reflection

Hi friends! 🤎 Today is September 1st, and you know what that means… the first little steps toward fall! 🍂 But if you live somewhere like me, you know that 85-degree temperatures don’t exactly make it feel like fall just yet! So instead of jumping straight into pumpkins and full-blown fall decor, I’m taking a slower, simpler approach to welcoming the new season. In today’s vlog, I’m doing a little fall reset around my home—switching out a few candles, adding some autumn stems, and bringing in small touches that make the house feel a little cozier without going overboard. That way, when I’m finally ready for the full fall decorating, I’ll already have a fresh foundation to build on. 🍁 But this reset is about more than just my home. September also feels like a time to pause, reflect, and think about the season ahead. As we enter the final months of the year, I’m reminding myself to slow down, appreciate the little things, and choose the light—even when life doesn’t always feel easy.
