She debuted around 2015 and had songs like Sone Di Chirhi, Jija, Sohna Lagda, and Desi Sirre Da. She had stepped back from singing in recent years to run a boutique and makeup studio. Incident: On the evening of May 13, 2026, she left home in her Ford Figo car around 8:30 PM to buy groceries and did not return. Her family reported her missing. Discovery: Her decomposed body was recovered from the Neelon (or Neelo) Canal in Ludhiana on May 19, 2026 (about six days later). Autopsy confirmed she was shot twice. Her car was also found submerged. Prime Acc*sed: Sukhwinder Singh alias Sukha, a Canada-based NRI from Bhaloor village in Moga district, Punjab. He and Inder Kaur had known each other for about three years after connecting on Instagram. He allegedly promised marriage and a life abroad. Motive: Inder Kaur reportedly rejected his marriage proposal after discovering he was already married with children in Canada. Police believe this led to a revenge plot. Sukhwinder traveled from Canada to Kathmandu (Nepal) on April 29, entered India on May 1, and allegedly orchestrated the abduction and m*rd*r before fleeing the same night (May 13) via Nepal back to Canada. Others Involved: Police arrested at least two associates. A Lookout Circular (LOC) has been issued against Sukhwinder Singh. Investigation Highlights The abduction reportedly happened at g*npoint while she was driving. She was allegedly shot inside her own car, and her body was dumped in the canal.
