SCAMMONDEN DAM | West Yorkshire. England (Vlog #1)

This is the first vlog in a brand new series where I take you on my favourite walks whilst talking about health, fitness and weight loss. In this video, where we walk around Scammonden Dam in West Yorkshire, we talk about the ketogenic diet, mental health, and how any diet can take your body time to adapt. Scammonden Dam is on the outskirts of Huddersfield and Halifax and can be accessed via the A640 New Hey Road coming out of Huddersfield. The walk itself is approximately 3.25 miles and takes approximately one hour. There are two car parks, which close around dusk each evening. The Dam is owned and run by Yorkshire Water. #Halifax #Yorkshire
