Behind the scenes, everything started going wrong. We had shooters filming across Comic-Con, editors processing content from our operations room, videos struggling to get views, dozens of approvals still outstanding, McDonald’s and KFC missions, ridiculous water fights, and a team slowly descending into complete chaos. Then, on day three, we were given an opportunity we definitely weren’t expecting: meet John Cena. The problem? We still had videos left to finish.
