Let's Play Quest for Glory 3 #37: Freeing Johari

With Derek now being a Simbani warrior, he can ask the Laibon to marry the captured leopardman Johari. The bride has been set very high to try and prevent Yesufu from wanting to wed her - a plan that didn't work in the least - but our goal isn't to make her our bride. No, Derek wants to earn her trust and then free her so she'll help him find the leopardman village, all in aid of trying to broker peace. Giving gifts to Johari is entirely optional, but Derek hopes they will make her less hostile to him. She is a little more repective to the hero if they're a magic user and thieves can simply pick the lock, but she's never going to be too friendly for the very obvious reason that she's been held captive for multiple days in a small magical cage. Hopefully we can win her over with her sincere wish to avert a war that is becoming more and more likely with each passing day.
