Before applying for a scholarship, eligible students need to complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process. Generating an OTR number does not mean that a scholarship application has been submitted or approved. After OTR registration, students still need to apply for an eligible scholarship scheme when its application window is open and complete the applicable verification process. During the actual OTR registration demonstrated in this video, an NPCI Failed / Aadhaar-bank seeding warning appeared. The OTR registration could still be completed in that case, but the portal displayed a warning regarding Aadhaar-bank seeding for scholarship disbursement. We also encountered a situation where the password SMS was not received. The Forgot Password option was used to generate a temporary password and set a new password.
