Hakiza Wanatsa Young Lagoon Ambassadors tells the story of a simple yet powerful initiative born in the aftermath of Cyclone Chido.Driven by a shared passion for the ocean, Philippe Novel and the Aquisana association introduced a group of young people from Mayotte to the underwater world. For many of them, it was their very first scuba dive.
