Dometic customer service for us is second to none. Erecting our Residence air wanting and how easy is it ? Well it’s EASY. No steel poles, no frame to build…. 💯 recommend this kit for a seasonal tourer. It does have its flaws due to its weight and size but that’s down to how tough these awnings really are.
